Our planning process roughly goes like this:
- Pre-meeting to ascertain your exact needs. This is free.
- "Planning intensive". This is usually a form of workshop that involves selected people from your business, and its facilitated by Jessie. A half day is usually plenty of time.
- Preparation of your plan. Sometimes this is as simple as writing up a few pages that capture your vision and strategic intentions. Other times it involves a bit more market research, investigation and fact finding to take the ideas and vision to the next level of detail and planning. Whatever work we undertake will be agreed with you first.
- Meeting to go over the strategic plan, and discussion on how to implement it.
- Implementation... Planning is useless if nothing gets implemented. Some clients can self-drive implementation while others like to have some help. We'll fit around YOUR needs.
