Where to start with re-branding, graphic design, copywriting, advertising, marketing material and promotional tools...
Who is the material for? What information do they need? How will they get, and use the material? What do you want them to do with it? Once that is sorted, then comes the design brief stage. A great design is only as good as the brief the designer has to work with. This stage involves determining what sort of 'look and feel' is appropriate - for example are we trying to create an impression of elegance? hip and funky? warm and friendly? authoritative? Plus what information needs to be communicated, and how. Your brand and visual elements need to fit with your market, your company and your strategic direction.
